This sort of stupid thing is all the rage. Then some idiot tries it and sets fire to a friend.
At least, in our time, Roger only set fire to kitchen benches.

A good friend of mine up here is a DP of a major school.
As his DP duties took over more of his teaching time he chose the classes he had time to teach. One was an 'M' class (you know those Richard - weren't you in them?).
One day, after one of his special students had watched Jackass the night before he showed his friends the trick. The student doused himself in some kind of inflammabe liquid and lit himself. He wanted to run around, on fire, scaring his friends like the Jackass character (who had obviously covered himself in protective jelly and had the fire department on standby). The kid just dropped, writhing in agaony. This was a few years ago but I bet he's still in hospital.
What?
I thought it was funny, mind you I'd have grabbed the wee girl by her scrawny neck.
