You might want to know that I've got a sore arse.
I stepped up (see what I did there?) my exercise regimen and increased the time I spend on the stepping machine in addition to rowing. All good and I feel better for it but (see what I did there?) my arse is sore today.
The primary buttock muscles are the three gluteal muscles: the large gluteus maximus, the medium gluteus medius, and the small gluteus minimus. These muscles are crucial for stabilizing and balancing the lower body, supporting body weight, and controlling movements like hip extension, abduction (moving the leg away from the body), and rotation.
