I may be a Curmudgeon but underneath I am quite sensitive. Richard and his sidekicks' disparaging comments about my picture framing has finally got to me. I am abandoning the picture framing. Today we sold our house in Auckland and bought another one in the far North to get far away from all the derisive laughter and snide comments.

It all happenned in a rush yesterday. We accepted an offer on the Pt Chevalier place and immediately made an offer on the McLeod Bay house which was accepted. Very early settlement - end October - so, if all inspection reports etc work out we will be living in the North come 1st November. I now have to try and quickly sell the framing gallery.
All sounds very exciting. Keep us informed with the progress, please.
