Chateau d'Yquem! I'd break my abstinence for a glass of that.
Actually I had two glasses of that New Zealand El Traditional sparkling yesterday and regretted it, sulphury and made me feel ill.
Serves you right for dabbling with Spanish/NZ hybrids.
I had a Tipping Point Chardonnay and didn't enjoy it. Next time I'm sticking with Cleanskin and Hardon.
Oops, I meant Chardon.
