Richard (of RBB)* is away at a jazz festival this weekend - Rotorua I think.
It's a bit naff of him to go away and neglect his blogging duties but there you go, there's no commitment nowadays.
He said that he's going to play the double bass and to also sing! Well that'd be something to see.
I wonder if he's caught up with this clip?:

I hope it goes well for him and that he left early enough to get to Rotorua. At his driving speed it would take a day and a half drive from Wellington to Rotorua plus 'comfort' stops.

It was a very good gig and yes I did give a quick demonstration of Afghanistan throat singing.
