TGIF
At the Bay we have a local cafe that does the most amazing fish and chips. They use fresh fish caught in the Heads area and it is usually Snapper or Dory. Tonight we had battered Dory and it was perfectly up to standard. Scrumptious. The Old Girl, even though she was brought up as as a Scottish Pressbutton and not educated in Friday night fish eating like us Catholics, enjoyed it too.
