I was checked over and given some exercises to do before a second deep tissue massage. I'm getting better.
When I was doing some push up exercises the woman said "you move pretty well given your age."
Oh well, at 69 you take the compliments where they fall.

Fish burgers for us (being a Friday) but we make our own - using gurnard tonight.
