This looks really good. I skimmed through it as there are too many distractions going on around me but I'll take some Ritalin and concentrate on it properly later.

I think you are on the right track that the video is talking about!
It all looked good until the last bit where it said groups provide a better learning experience than being on your own.
In my experience a group of people spend most of their time indulging in sociiological/psychological crap, which one reasonably sane individual could have arrived at with a little experience,reading and thought. Though I could be wrong.
