I THINK THAT THIS IS ROGER

 This thread was on Neighbourly this morning.

It's a bit hard to make out but I think it's Roger. He drives a red vehicle like this and his behaviour, as described in some of the comments is just like him.

If Roger is at tennis next Tuesday I'll mention to him that, as the Whangarei Heads residents aren't impressed with him he might find more favour down in Wainuiomartianland where bloggers condone his behaviour.
