"You're just too slap-dash matey." Said The Old Girl when referring to some repairs that I've done around the place.
The repair to a leak in the toilet cistern.
The repair to one of the outside wall ceramics.
The repair to one of the kitchen windows.
The repair to the lid on the ceramic vegetable scraps container.
Now a funny thing happened just after I took a photograph of the lid.
I dropped it.
I'll have to do some more invisible mending.
