Last night I watched T20 cricket - India vs New Zealand (Spark Sport).
India started off well and continued at a cracking pace as their best batsman hammered the ball to the boundaries. The score they knocked up was massive.
New Zealand started slowly and batted indifferently and obviously looked to lose.
I thought of Murphy's Law and the 'fact' that if I were to give up watching and go to bed I'd miss the most astounding second half innings New Zealand have ever played. "Fair enough" I thought "I'll give it a go" and I went to bed.
New Zealand lost.
