NOVEL SYNOPSIS - PART FIVE

Martin Luther said "The hypocrite is intrinsically righteous but extrinsically a sinner while the saint is intrinsically a sinner but extrinsically righteous".
Yeah, well Martin was a bit of an academic but what he meant was that intrinsically (the self) he and mankind were righteous (right) and extrinsically (as dictated by a mythical god) he and mankind were sinners but of course as god doesn't exist there cannot be sinners.
He went on to say that the saint is intrinsically a sinner  i.e. the saint isn't right but is wrong and of course is 'extrinsically righteous' but of course the extrinsic is dependent on there being a god but there isn't one so the saint cannot be righteous (right) so, ergo, must be wrong.
Martin Luther used to get himself a bit worked up over this and told his friends and acquaintances about his ideas. Most of them were a bit stupid and couldn't work out his logic and told him that he was anything but saintly. Martin didn't care though especially when Doris, the woman next door took her clothes off .........

Is Robert helping you to write these thoughts? Frankly I'm having trouble making sense of both yours and his blogs these days.

Don't worry your pretty little head about that.TC will write you a little post this afternoon to clear it up.
Go back to bed, snuggle up and leave things to the big boys.

TC should have been at Marist Thorndon. Bennie the B would have straightened him out - in more ways than one!
