NOVEL SYNOPSIS - PART THREE

Robert hadn't been to church for several weeks now and also hadn't been to confession. His wife and his parish priest (who he had bumped into in Jackson Street a few times) were both beginning to notice and were looking at him funny. "Why do you spend so much time in Petone my love?" he was asked. His wife also asked him something similar and Robert mumbled about filling the vessel of the blessed sacrament or something. They let it go allowing an exhausted looking Robert go about his business.
Robert had been busy, getting up even earlier to go to work and returning even later while filling in as much time as he could during the day at the new business in Petone.

Robert was becoming a sin monster........

Martin Luther said "The hypocrite is intrinsically righteous but extrinsically a sinner while the saint is intrinsically a sinner but extrinsically righteous".

Old Luther was right given that there's no such thing as god so man is intrinsically righteous and saints, being full of shit are basically 'sinners' or, in this case, wrong.
