Martin Luther said "The hypocrite is intrinsically righteous but extrinsically a sinner while the saint is intrinsically a sinner but extrinsically righteous".
Old Luther was right given that there's no such thing as god so man is intrinsically righteous and saints, being full of shit are basically 'sinners' or, in this case, wrong.
