LOOKING FOR INSPIRATION

 BLOG STANDARDS ARE SLIPPING

Looking around the blogs today I've been disappointed by the lack of creativity shown.

Robert continues to copy and paste quasi philosophical and queasy religious nonsense and pretends that it's a post:

Of heaven.

"It is said of a certain Talmudic master that the paths of Heaven were as bright to him as the streets of his own town. Hasidism inverts the order: it is a greater thing if the streets of a man's native town are as bright to him as the paths to Heaven. For it is here, where we stand, that we should try to make shine the light of the hidden devine (sic) life". Martin Buber.

Richard, while having better quality posts is resorting to using images of toilets and an angry looking Jesus and repeating tired old jokes like this:

He's obviously in search of inspiration but, unfortunately can't find what he's looking for.

"Nope, not there."

                                                            "Nope."

"Nor here."

"Mmm - no."

It might be time for me to continue with some of the series that I've neglected and to get the other curmudgeons busy on writing some interesting stuff.

Robert smiles. It's a pretense he uses when he knows Curmudgeon has nothing to say but does not want to appear discourteous.

Well I smile when you post as you definitely don't have anything to say other than that Catholic nonsense where, instead of an original thought you parrot what you hear in sermons or on podcasts.

Yes it is a pretence (English spelling) you use or more like pretentiousness in referring to yourself in the third person. What's that about?

I don't give a stuff about appearing discourteous.
