WEDNESDAY

It's Wednesday today so we may get one of Richard's  twice weekly posts. The frequency of his posting has declined recently but is made up for by Robert's new-found verbosity whether by use of IA or 'under the influence' of his mentors George MacDonald, Trent Horne and C.S. Lewis. At least the word count is up. Relevance, readability and comprehensibility might hopefully follow.

We've been having a lovely run of weather - long may it last and today is warm and sunny. I went out and did weed-spraying early this morning knowing that it will be too hot later. After storing the new weed spray machine away I tidied up the basement a bit making room on the shelves for the Maxwell Williams jars which I'll use for nuts and bolts and small useful items storage.

I've got about 30 of these.

Who says that blogging can be boring?

Let's try that using proper English... Oh dear you really need to read more!

The weather has been most agreeable. I used my weed sprayer this morning. The morning is the best time to do this as the afternoon becomes inclement. After putting it back in the shed, I arranged the shelves in the basement to make room for some jars. These jars are known by the name "Maxwell William". They are useful for storing odds and ends.

Holy fuck.

Okay, okay, that's an impossibility because god has no need for a cock.

Yeah, I see where you're going there but Michelangelo's 'The Creation of Adam' the fresco painting in the Sistine Chapel shows him using his finger to good effect.

By the way, being corrected on grammar by Robert is like getting fashion tips from Richard.

Oh, you're such a naughty boy Peter!

Richard, did you remove your comment: "Holy fuck. Okay, okay, that's an impossibility because god has no need for a cock."?

If you didn't and I can't see the usual "comment has been removed by the writer" comment, then Aunty Google has removed it.

Richard (of RBB) said...

I didn't remove it.

That’s weird.

I found Richard's comment that had been marked SPAM. I unmarked it and it appeared again as you can see above.
Is Google going to SPAM all his comments? They should start with his posts.

THE CURMUDGEON said...

This might explain why some of my comments don't show up on his blog.

Richard's insult to the creator of everything who has no name is plainly and insultingly visible to me.

THE CURMUDGEON said...

Yes. Might I refer you to the comments stream above where I said that the comment disappeared and I found it in the SPAM section of 'comments' in the blog settings.
I understand that reading and comprehension aren't your strong suits but ...

I fail to understand how Richard 'insulting' an imaginary being is somehow insulting to you Robert.

I actually meant that god was into rock (music). A typo, like all you boys do.
